SECOND QUALIFYING
SESSION - FRIDAY
I apologize that
due to a really rough day I only had one photographer available
on the starting line for the second session. Bob Brown did the
best he could from one side of the track.
Leading
off was Bobby Cottrell and Brad Thompson.
Pair two pitted Ryan
Hodgson and Matt Bynum.
Out next
was Geoff Monise and Paul Romine.
Up next was Rian Konno
and Mark Sanders.
Next pair to roll through
the water box were Steve Easton and Kris Krabill.
Easton was OK until he wasn't.
The Burnin' Money car lived up to its name blowing up at the
330' block launching the body and sending the young Australian
on a wild ride.
The next pair would be a couple
of DNQ's Chris Davis and Bill Windham who may want to look at
the 5.90 Index class.
After another oil clean up it
was Tim Boychuk and Billy Morris who may be another candidate
for the 5.90 Index field. Not a slam, just an observation.
With the sun rapidly
setting, out rolled Don Hudson and Shawn Bowen.
Next pair matched John
Weaver and Steve Densham.
Next
to last pair to fire was Rick Rogers and Cory Lee.
Running a mile behind schedule,
the finale pair of session two was Dan Horan Jr. and Scott Cousimano.
